Brief

Kitchens of India faced a challenge in the consumer’s perception of 'ready-to-eats’ not being ‘authentic’ or ‘fresh’.

Solution

Changed that perception by giving users an experience of what a lavish treat feels like – the taste, the aromas, the setting…while building the authenticity of the offering.

This was accomplished by recreating the atmosphere of the 18th Century India Kitchen through a Khansama and helping people rediscover royal, authentic Indian food – everything that KoI stands for.

Result

Ranked 10 and 7 on the Top 10 Brands by Average Engagement Rate in Social Bakers Report for August and September 2012.
